- Mobile phone number (for login and account identification)
- Name (optional, for your profile)
- Pond data: pond names, size, seed count, daily expenses, water test readings, harvest records

b) Automatically collected:
- Device token (for push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- App usage analytics (screen views, feature interactions via Firebase Analytics) — no personally identifiable information is included

c) Device permissions we request:
- Internet — for rates, weather, and notifications
- Microphone — only if you use the voice input feature in Nani AI Advisor; audio is processed locally on-device and never uploaded

3. How We Use Your Information

- To provide login and identify your account
- To send important broadcast notifications about prawn market updates
- To improve app features through anonymous usage analytics
- Pond management data is stored locally on your device only (AsyncStorage) and is never uploaded to our servers

4. Data Storage & Security

- Pond data, daily logs, water tests, and harvest records are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete this data.
- Your mobile number is stored securely and used only for authentication.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymous usage tracking
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications
- OpenWeatherMap — weather data based on your region

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Children's Privacy
Aqua360 is intended for adult farmers and agricultural professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Pond data stored locally can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
